One minute the walker is a he, then its a she.

He/she can't say they wanted to complete by doing overtime if they never work overtme

Overtime is overtime,double time -maybe;time and a half -if i'm desperate;standard rate - why would you.Just get another job

the driver,used to be full time,but because the dom has made her part time,she wont work one minute past her time.

That's irrelevant. Who decides anyway? Do they look at the address and find out how big that addresses letterbox is?

HI,just an update,the van share team took all delivery out with them,they then came back at their time,they told a manager,the manager said "its ok dont worry about it"They have been charged with wilful delay .union rep said the manager is lying about things hesaid/didnt say? and that they should be ok?.,but i spoke to a manager today and he said "dont bet on it" because they fetched 14 small packages back( cd size)"!?? It has been passed to the dom.

the driver is in dispute with the DIM,she is on" friends and family"(full time),but the DIM says you cant be full time and be on "friends and family." so has been made
part time by the DIM.(so it is going to tribunal.)

I was on family friendly duties 12yrs ago and was fulltime, I hope the lady wins her tribunal as the LM/dom cannot force her to go part time unless she agrees to it

it seems you dom/dim just want to get rid of her for whatever reason, I hope she gets backing by the union also as someone else said why have your office not gone to the canteen as this is bully and harrassement and it wont stop at these two posties
