You would need access to HR Help on the intranet to get a copy of the Personnel Manual.

All offices used to have a copy of this manual. for perusal by the staff.And still shoudl be supplied on request.-

I have seen my solictor today who is fighting my case,he is applying for a copy from HR,he reckons he is entitled to it so thanks to everyone we should be covered now.
To a previous post, just to let you know i have been off work 1 year now, my wife got took ill and was actually sectioned under the mental health act and was hospitalized for 2 months, I have had to take care of her and my 3 children during her recovery. Things still are not right as stressful situations have a major effect on her well being and me losing my job has now added to this.

Have you looked in to all the benefits you may be entitled to as your wifes carer? And al the benefits she may be entitled too? might make finacial sense not to work at the moment? Just a thought/ Good luck anyway.
