Thank you all, I will hang on if I can, RM have gone strangely quiet , in my first week off I had 3 phone calls, 1 text , 3 letters and a call from atos, felt worse, it has not been as bad since I wrote telling them they were making me worse, I didn't go to atos meeting on 9th March and not heard anything since, got another 3 weeks on my sick note so will wait and see.

If you can, try and go to ATOS meetings as arranged for you. If they can do it by telephone all the better. You being a carer for your partner doesn't help either, with the stress of looking after her. Explain to ATOS how much stress you're under atm and it's not being made easier by RM harassing you into going back to work. ATOS is the way forward for you. Better to get your IHR than being forced into resigning. Cooperate where you can .

How sad, but to echo everyone else, hang in there! you can request a home visit from ATOS. Best to get it over and done with, and good luck!

Don't resign, wait until RM go through the process of dismissal, within the dismissal procedure they will ask if you wish to apply for IHR, this is the moment you ask to be considered, get in contact with your Union rep when this process begins. Don't miss any ATOS appointments either by phone or interview.
