It's usually only used on the first pick and applied to the school holidays...which are obviously at a premium.
It's a bit of common sense in my humble opinion. :neutral:
How offices differ,which is well versed on here as you know.
Personally i'd have the raving hump with it,my personal thoughts tho.Although tbf the average jo would take 2 weeks in the summer.
Where is this rule btw,never heard of it.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Ours are in an eight year block FFS. Locally agreed by our lovely area rep off his own back. We now know our leave for the next eight years and we are not happy. Holidays are earned and you should at least have a chance of booking when you want the time off.
