On your pay slip,top right it will say 'Pay rate' what does that say,if you're on a '0' hr contract that would say 00.00.

I very much doubt you are on a 0hr contract,the pay rate is your 'pay rate' it stays the same (on the slip anyway)what ever hrs you work.
You need to contact HR,num on slip,and ask them what hrs you are contracted for and mention the pay rate thing.
For the record i recently had my pay reduced for a bit,but my pay rate stayed the same.
