Route Training issues

Hi me again, does anyone know what is the maximum amount of routes that we can learn. All advise greatly appreciated

I stand by what I said, he will have it much easier if he shys into the background, does everything so slowly that they just put him back on his original round/s.

I can do all of the rounds in the time without any problems, but why should I, after 4 years (not long I know but here me out) be getting passed around from pillar to post when someone goes sick when other people in my office who were originally p/t, with less service than me now have f/t positions and a fixed duty with a rolling day off, why aren't they now doing the 'apprenticeship' as I call it or learning the ropes as others say.

The more you know the more you get shat on....fact, been there, done it, got the t-shirt, and endlessly paying for my helpfullness as time goes on.

I have started to fight back with doctors notes advising how certain duties are hindering my ailments but if any of the managers in our office had a clue it wouldn't have come to this.......................so how the hell do i get it put right?

That's the real issue here, so all the knowledgable folk, what do I do?

Grievances, go sick when put on s**t duties???

And in answer to your other point, I'm moved because a newbie struggles on a rural so they move him back to a town walk he knows, the guy on that town walk takes on his rural because of his knowledge and I get moved to the vacated town walk because of my knowledge, after I'm up together with all the d2d and all the mail for that day, get moved and I'm then behind and expected to do all d2d as well, I refused and got hauled in the office and I await further action on that but it shouldn't happen in the first place.............should it? And I've been going through this for the last 2 years when these part timers are made up to f/t and left on their walks with a rolling day off................is that right/fair?

Do the job properly and cutoff.
Don't refuse to prep the extra mail on a new job, just do it, even if you get out by 1130 and leave mail in frame.
Aggro and headwork, but not much else I personally can suggest.
