Don't worry I got it but if you fond that office where they pay £400 for six days drop me a line and I'll apply for a transfer as well.

Transfer

MDEC staff are not allowed to transfer cos "they are not part of Royal Mail"

My wage slip lists wrong employer in that case. :)

Managers are always lying.

When they are asleep they are lying on their beds.

When they are awake they are lying at work.

I had the very unpleasurable experience of reading this document on DUM`s desk the other day(before it was displayed to the rest of the office).
Oh dear, what a complete and utter load of bile.
As someone who speaks a foreign language and knows a fair bit about use of English as well,i would make the following comment:-
Whoever wrote this does not believe a word of it,in fact i think they were laughing their socks of(how much am i getting paid for this?).
I bet he had a great evening at the pub!

Now point at them and laugh. :funneh :funneh :funneh :funneh :funneh :funneh :funneh :funneh They are a bunch of inept lying bullying tossers that police themselves.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

I remember the entrance test I sat, even a seven year old with only a basic understanding could pass it. Saying that, I bet Dumb and Dumber didn't sit it, and if they did, just what would their scores have been. "Sorry, you've f****d up every single part, you're not qualified to be a postie. But don't worry, if you can lie your way through the interview we can offer you a management position, but if you talk complete b****** you'll have to run the company."

When I took the entry test only 1 in 5 passed it.
RM have lowered the pass mark, in London anyway, over the years
as our pay fell in relative terms, and they found it more difficult to recruit.
