I think the last original thought they had was in May 1840 when the introduced the Penny Black - nothing since then.

the word flexable is a joke and should never be used in any wage deal , all it means is that you get pushed from pillar to post at the whim of our dom

I think the 0500 shift allowance shouls be consolidated into basic pay or you will have people doing the same job on different pay ultimately causing division within the ranks.

Probably what Dumb abd Dumber want.
