do yourself a favour and record any conversations u have with this guy, most mobile phones have a voice recorder,
would be useful if he ever threatens u or lies about something u are supposed to have said.
and as stated above, if u see the dog in the front garden, don't go near it, even if that means not posting to the 2-3 neighbours either side of his house.
