Oxford Mail Centre ... Walked Out ( Monday 16th July)

It seemed like it was all planned by management... Oxford Mail Centrer' manager Sandra, was after this perticular union rep for long long time . There are two big guns of union rep in Oxford Mail Centre... Bob Cullen and Steve Gill... and this time they have suspended Steve Gill. ( Bob Cullen is english and Steve Gill is Indian ).

Oxford Mail Centre .... serves 11 different delivery offices in Oxon area !! I think 5 delivery offices have night shifts .
(RMH city centre ) East Oxford OX4 Headington OX3 Wallingford Abingdon Thame Didcot Kidlington Bicester
Chipping Norton and Banbury.

I did a spot of secondry picketing at Paddington on Friday , after leaving my line at..............................Keep 'em guessing,

Well sounds like an unofficial walkout at Oxford then. If so then surely this will play straight into RM hands? Some on here were worried about the official action escalating but at least it was legal and overwhelming in terms of support.
I sincerely hope this doesn`t turn into the same shambles as the last unofficial action.

This maybe the start of an all out.
Oxford are strong and will not surrender so if RM try to get them back on different contracts etc this will escalate.
Good luck boys and girls we are all behind you and when they try and shift your work we will all be out.
That will then bring a premature end to this whole mess Crozier and Leighton have created.

New contracts? You`ll be lucky to get any contracts if Leighton & co get their way.
Easy way for them to lose 40,000 people if this unofficial spreads.
Anyway, I thought union reps were allowed to picket other offices??

Area reps (as they represent the area) can as I believe, but not union reps.
