As for a "plot" to her books aparently it's recycled hippy stuff, Lord of the Rings or Hobbit for 11 year olds. Nothing wrong with kids reading them, some can't string a sentence together and have the attention span of a goldfish, there's less reliance than in your face things like computer games etc.To have the book first it's one upmanship basically , there's a lot of secrecy about release , people being prosecuted for selling dodgy copies etc.

Harry Potter Books To Be Delivered 21st July

Post by Cybitech »

Well, most of the books expected at our office got lost somewhere this morning as most of ours didn't turn up, but, having said that.......3 yorks of the books turned up at our office by mistake, they were actually for the whole of north wales.

At the end of the day the Harry Potter books have got a lot of kids into reading which can't be a bad thing. There are a lot of people who seem to criticise them for the success they have had and nothing else. Ok so they are a pain in the arse when they are released every couple of years but this is the last one so its not going to happen again.

So lets stop bashing the fictional character that is Harry Potter, and the author who got a success that lets face it, we would all take if the opportunity ever arose, and just be happy in the fact that we will never have to deliver them in bulk again.

I know you queued up for yours Wilbur thereby robbing us of the income for it's delivery, AND that you had a day off to read it while we were delivering 700 of them in Sale and I also know that you used one of the little bastards spells to make it piss down on us all morning
P.S. I want a full review of the book when you're back in on Tuesday mate
We wish to serve - but we will not be servile

There are loads of spoilers now and apparently he does not die. 2 of the main characters do and 1 baddie. Does anyone not want me to spoil it.
