i have also been hearing from the lads ato ur place i can strike even though i didnt vote and have also heard that non union members are gonna strike too, i odnt know why the lady said what she said to me on the phone i just wanted to make it clear i want to strike but if they could take my job away then obviously i wouldnt, but looks like it lads we are going to strike me included :). i have now joined the union did it over the phone as ive said in my earlier posts so i am going to strike but do hope i dont get f**ked for it by royal mail. i mean i should have a right to strike with the rest of the workers. i know we hate striking but when our top dogs dont seem to care about us what else can we do to get heard.
