In this day and age the wonderful technology that R/M is going on about could surely count the letters and Ibelieve flats for each walk. Separate counts could be made on a daily basis for all the packets and signed fors taken out on each walk.
If nothing else it would highlight the differences between each walk. but of course, it won't be done!!!
