If every delivery has to absorb about 50 delivery points each that would be major change and should force a resign,WHY would the union not argue this point?

I agree a major change once was a new tea lady starting on her first day in the office now you need a nuclear bomb to be detonated next too the anthrax store for it to be anything major!.

Royal Mail have called it phase 3 summer absorbition so its not permant and may only happen on summer weeks. The proper process is outlines in phase 3 of pay and mod and includes a weekly resoucing and does not mean indivduals are removed from their walk in order to for managment to absorb the walk between other members of staff.

Thanks for all the replies , this absorbtion fiasco is due to start tommorrow as today we were still clearing the backlog of work from friday's strike .
