Finishing Times

Thanks 4 all the info on the times, its just what i thought, and as 4 the P/T Staff.....well there brought in well be4 they should be in ..on a lower pay rate, so much 4 R/M saving hours and sayin the job needs cutbacks......not in are office, there getting F/T Duties done on part time money.............. ....i know the lads should,nt help them.....but its hard not 2, when your tryin 2 put bread on the table.....

06.00am start all week

14.30 finish mon, wed, thur & fri

14.15 finish tues

11.45 finish sat ( break at end & pouching off means 11.05 finish )

You name it - we've got a start and finish time for it - and if you think I'm joking I'm not. There are so many start and finish times with part timers and different duties and different days I wonder how the managers know who is due in and when - having said that people seem to wander in when they like.

Same as my office, it's a nightmare on a Saturday running around trying to find out what time each job I cover starts and getting lifts sorted out.

This week my start times have been
Mon: 6.45am
Tue: Off
Wed: 4am
Thu: 6am
Fr: 5.30am
Sat: 4am

Hardly the most ideal setup especially with having a young family.

You're right and if I were you I'd make application to be given a permanent fixed duty instead of being constantly required to set the alarm clock for a different time.
