Leighton would impose things , the CWU would be a sweetheart union / glorified staff association. Try Googling Asda Industrial Relations , some interesting stuff about the GMB, "Scrapeaway" , Court cases etc .If those things happened people would be saying " that union couldn't win a raffle, toothless sharks, sold us all down the river , sell out etc". That sentence was so nearly right but should be "Leighton gets paid way too much but that doesn't mean there is any sense to the business plan"

My exprience with managers is that Stupidity is the most important qualification required to get the job.

I'm no expert on how much someone should be paid, but my view is, anyone working in the public sector should not be paid more than the Prime Minister of this land, as he/she holds the highest public office!!!
