Also whenever i have had new contract staff moaning about being on monthly pay, i have told them odds of you getting moved to weekly pay are basically none! what is most likely to happen is all the legacy staff will be moved to monthly pay.
This seems to strangely satisfy them and they stop moaning about it at that point.
