Yes, I'd used up my personal allowance for 23-24.

Thank you everyone, my earnings for this year including the ill health retirement bundle is just under£10000,and I'm not planning to do anymore paid work (age 66 in 7 months)so hopefully get a refund sooner or later,

how did they decide with their doctor ur were entitled to IHR did they requst to see ur doctors notes?

For me personally I had 2 referrals with a health advisor, then I asked the manager to put me forward for an IHR interview, they didn't contact my GP,and the health partners doctor recommended IHR with lump sum

Near 30 years soon , athritis not good strugglng every day in n out of work . Been on my current duty 3 years , managing just , resign coming up . Really concerned with the increased walking etc coming up and resign ill have to just go after all these years. Im under the E A and managing my condition on my duty.
