No - Don't have one even though I can drive (I can also drive LGVs)
How many reading this forum did not take their meal relief this morning?
No - I always take it - 40 minutes before heading out or 20 minutes before and 20 minutes after the walk (Nice Cafe at end of round)
How many reading this forum came in BEFORE 6.15 today?
Yes - 15 minutes - My contract starts at 0600am
No - Don't have one even though I can drive (I can also drive LGVs)

Flexing for 30mins should be an exception and not a rule.And is also voluntary.
Also when you get the 30mins back has to be negotiated not just when the manager wants it put back.
And you should not loose overtime because of it.
The deal is in there's nothing we can do about it,it depends on how your branch and DIV reps negotiate how it works.
Parts of London have had meetings with their AGM's and points have been clarified and wordings of the agreement have been sorted.
But it takes a lot of negotiating and give and take,you have to give something but what has come out of London is the 30mins is only in exceptional circumstances,not willy nilly.
