We sometimes have whole boxes being returned. They have the duty number on the box.
You don't need invisible ink.

I was a little hyperbolic there. If management have reason to start investigating someone for D2D willful delay, then it can culminate in one leaflet being the smoking gun that terminates someone's contract. Same as an employee suspected of theft being caught in possession of a bait package. It's that one packet, but preceded by a lot of investigation over missing items.
