Yes because i dont think we can extract much more out of them. We have no control over what goes on outside RM i.e. customers taking their business elsewhere where they can, if YOU ran a business you'd do the same-go for the contractor who gave you the best value im not defending it i AM saying thats the way it is.
What really p*sses me off is Leighton defending Crozier's 1 million salary, Â£633,000 bonuses and pension supplements because he's ' Bloody good at his job' Really ? His 'go for the jugular' approach cost RM an estimated Â£260 million due to strikes.
You couldn't make it up.

Crozier reckons he's secured a "done" deal so he's awarded himself another huge bonus...nuff said!!!

My BE AT your D O the changes might work but at my D O they wont . So next year we wont get a pay rise thats because our walks are to long and we are short of full time staff so there is no chance of the new work time practises working . SO ITS A NO NO NO
