Not rubbish, the work gets into MCs later now and will leave later at some point, final dispatches (the 06:00) ones will likely soon be moved back to at least 06:30, probably even 07:00, they'll then hit the traffic and get to DOs even later. I'm afraid all full-time DO staff are going to have to get used to the idea of a 9-5 job as it;s very likely going to happen at some point, unless RM revoke all the Network 18 changes.

Just for RMC he hasn't made stuff up, he has formulated an opinion and postulated a potential outcome. If that is to be derided then RMC isn't going to be here for much longer. We need people "to make rubbish up" (within reason) its what helps form opinions and generates discussion.

Its called the "Dutch Model" for a reason, and its one that Royal Mail have been looking at for some years.

It's worth going on Strike for this reason alone.If they get away with this in one area then how long will it be till it's rolled out around the Country.

So it's an idea Royal Mail have tabled a few times, and the Union have always campaigned against it. However rightly or wrongly people have a concern that the CWU and RM are now working hand in hand.
