    Should mgmt be asking non drivers or anyone else for that matter be delivering failed 2nd class mail on the saturday

      If there is resource available to recover workload then yes they should.

      The only workload that should arrive on Saturday is Saturdays workload.

      Manual DSA and 2C will always be sorted into separate trays from 1C. The trays of 1C and 2C go onto the same york and are dispatched at the same time together. At the DO you're meant to take the 1C and the 2C to wherever each is meant to go to.

      Same. All the DSA and second class comes on a Saturday. Everything comes except sequence mail . So all this talk of only mail due for delivery entering the depot on a saturday is wrong!

      We get sequence mail albeit not much and only the 1c in it which is hardly anything gets delivered, the rest gets left, but as you say we also get the DSA/2c/ whatever which gets sorted on IPS but doesn't go anywhere further than under the fittings, the only mail that gets delivered is the 1c that comes in.
