16 weeks pay and 12 weeks Pay in lieu of notice (taxable) and whatever annual leave you have accrued up until your leaving date.

Do not quote me, but believe it is 16 weeks' wages tax free
One week's wages for every year served up to a maximum of 12 weeks
Any outstanding holiday entitlement.
They will tax both holiday pay and the 12 weeks.

Both the CWU and Royal Mail decimated this entitlement

My thoughts on ill health retirement are that if you work for RM for years and it wrecks your body then you should get a payout and then a pension? Is that correct?
