The end of Week 1 of Year 0. My analysis of DM26? As Zhou Enlai said: it's too early to tell. Mainly because almost no-one I've spoken to seems to have actually gone anywhere near their third frame, so in that regard DM26 isn't actually happening. We'll see how things develop as the end of the month approaches and then the long march to Christmas begins.
Quantifiably I've found it almost impossible to assess anyway. The fate of the third frames reminds me a whole lot of lapsing (no-one takes responsibility for them, letters and packets strewn everywhere, docket king clearing it in the early evening).
