Non drivers saturday

Post by hans solo »

On the non drivers sat off should the duty be covered or lapsed
Mgmt not covering day off as not required
If correct should the non drivers have every sat off🤔🤔

The number of duties required on a Saturday is reduced. However there should still be enough duties to carry out tasks such as advanced prep. That's part of the agreement. The unaddressed mail should be prepped on a Saturday for all duties, for all week.

Will the D2D still go out to DOs for Saturdays or will RM end up either holding them at the Inward MC or upstream of the inward MC?

The work plan is that the contracts are prepped on a Saturday. At least one rotation is designed to allow advanced preparation of unaddressed mail. On that basis the workload will need to be in workplaces so it can be prepped.

we get average 1 or 2 a week - sometimes we get none
