Recently left, uplift pay query.

Post by al3xreid »

I have recently left the business and worked right through April and most of May '26, am i legally entitled to receive backdated uplift/pay rise pay for hours worked during this period?

Cheers

Taken from full agreement below

I take it to mean you need to be actually employed by RM when the back payment is made, so No is the answer your looking for, I'm sure this has been mentioned in the past when ex employees ask if they are entitled to back pay

5 Applicability
• Any payments set out in this Agreement or section 2 of Rebuilding RM Part Two
Agreement will only be payable to those employed by RMG at the time of the payment
being made. RMG will aim to make any backdated payments in the next available payroll
after this Agreement has been signed by both Parties.
