Have any health assessments been done and investigated regarding new delivery methods
Are there guidelines or outcomes available
Time out on delivery
Length of delivery spans
Impact of increased unworkable workloads
Mental health impacts
Muscoskeletal impacts on body
Methods of delivery ie trolly use with new methods
Meal breaks in middle of day and not at end of duty
Its all very well cwu agreeing to these new methods
But has any insight been done and assessed
Or is it just a case of get on with it we dont care about our people
I have not heard or seen 1 statement or ltb from our national health and safety officer regarding these changes and work methods

when odm was being spoke about we were told it was up to us to make it work there's no plan b. don't think there will be any changes when this is brought in.
