I have heard from some of our maagers that due to the amount of Network drives this christmas, the need to get in as many drivers as possible far outweighs the need to do proper security checks on drivers coming in. Apparently our TOM's have been told "get the yellow pages out and get in whoever you can". I bet we have agency drivers who are doing double shifts and everything. We have already had a Polish Guy nicked cos he was using his grandads license...lol.
