I work in the callers office amount of people coming in saying I got this email but didn't get a card saying the tracking number so when we can't find it off we go to the computer to type it in(now the queue is building up) only to find its at there local post office the public obviously don't know the difference between a delivery office and a post offices please parcel force please leave card or is just our area

Doesn't make much of difference when they do. Even when they clearly write that it's at such and such post office 3 miles away the customers still don't read it and come to us first.
They still some in when with clearly written out "with your neighbour" cards
Heck, they still come to us trying to get their DPD/Yodel/literally every other courier parcels

We have one delivery driver who shall remain nameless..who transferred to Parcelforce when RM parcels split from RM.,he just puts a squiggle on the card and posts it through the letterbox,,,no other info,,and nothing gets done about it,,it wastes the customers time,and I have every sympathy with customer service when they have to put up with drivers who simply don't have the intelligence to complete a 739 card properly.As for customers who visit the depots waving a RM card,,and Yodel card,,there is no help available,,sorry.
