I am so stressed. I have an urgent parcel coming from South Africa. It was sent on Airmail and arrived in the UK on 11 October and its stuk at GBLALA. Can somebody please tell he ; how long they keep parcels for at the GBLALA. I HAVE BEEN CONTACTING SOUTH AFRICAN ROYAL MAIL AND THEY SAID THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO AS THE PARCEL IS NOW IN THE UK......

If it has to clear customs then it can take weeks, there really is no time limit for this. If you're the sender contact Royal Mail, if not, then you would need to request the sender contact Royal Mail since they can only speak to the sender per data protection law.
There may also be a fee to pay for customs, Royal Mail will require you to pay for this before they attempt to deliver the parcel.
