We had a manager in last night who did not know he was ACTUALLY SUPPOSED TO BE IN CHARGE FFS. In fact we had 4 managers in last night, all of them TOLD US TO DO COMPLETELY DIFFERENT THINGS TO WHAT THE OTHER MANAGER SAID! :crazy:

In fact, the last manager to leave had to ring someone up to find who was in charge! :crazy:

GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER AND DO YOUR JOB PROPERLY OR f**k OFF! :lfo :cfo :mfo

He told us we had to work together and sort stuff out between ourselves. Hang on, what's his job again? Oh yes, he's SUPPOSED TO MANAGE THE WORKFORCE.

When things went from bad to worse and a couple of us were venting our anger guess what? Yes, that's right, HE HAD TO RING ANOTHER MANAGER TO FIND OUT WHAT TO DO! :crazy:

First thing I ever learned in College, ( Recreational Supervisory Management ) was,
"Management exists for one thing - Communication - between the Business owners and the workers."

So, these Managers did Communicate...They communicated what Total Tosser they are!!! LOL!!!
