Parcelforce New Emplyee Questions

I have for the last couple of months been a delivery driver for PF on a full time, permanent basis. I deliver 3 postcodes like all the other drivers but have been told because "I am not on a proper route" I cannot have the enhanced 2 hours extra pay and anything I do beyond 8 hours is overtime. As far as I am concerned because I do the same as everyone else, 3 postcodes, I am on a route. How do I find out about this? I do not trust my managers to give me an honest answer as none of the other workers at the depot have a good word to say about them. Also, if it is the case and I am not on a route and am getting paid overtime for anything after 8 hours where would I stand if I was to return to the depot with any undelivered stuff because I didn't want the overtime and just wanted to do my 8 hours a day?
