This is a fantastic opportunity to allow us to track how we are doing and how much progress we are making on our Trust Index score since we all completed the Big Trust survey earlier this year.
Please do take part and encourage your colleagues to take part as we all have a part to play in making PFW the best possible place to work.
Managers will receive a unique survey link from Qualtrics to complete the survey online. For all other team members you will have the option to scan a QR code from posters that will be displayed in your depots/units or entering a web link into any browser or by logging onto Royal Mail's People App via the "Useful Links" section.
Some PDA users may also notice a message coming through when they logged on this morning to let them know that the survey was coming.
Further updates will be communicated when survey goes live.
