Tracking stopped PARCELFORCE

HELP! PARCELFORCE! my package arrived in the UK on Friday (9th) using INDIA POST/EMS. it has been checked and 'released from customs' on the (12th) but there has been no movement to the present day. it has been in transit for 14 days now .if anyone can shed some light on the situation I would be very grateful :)

Sorry this is not the correct area for your enquiry thats why I moved the original to Customers.

This is for our Parcelforce Colleagues. I have therefore locked this thread.

Ps a tracking number on the original query would help.
