Customs charge can any one help?

Hi I received a parcel from Germany value of contents £126.so I got a customs charge and handling fee of £41.58.Emailed the company told them and they said they would refund me the charge,so my question is I have payed and had it delivered do I get any further letters or anything from parcel force after it's been delivered to show I payed the charge?

I very much doubt they will send a receipt unless you asked for one when paying ,

You can contact them on 03448 004466 and try to get one sent now .

This is a warning to people buying stuff from abroad , make sure you are aware of any customs charges that apply before ordering .
