Parcelforce is a shambles at the moment due to failed revisions and constant bullying by managers ,
Many drivers are leaving due to bullying managers and unachievable workloads ,
Even the owner drivers are jumping ship for better pay and conditions at Yodel .
Parcelforce is very badly managed , The management at depot level have no people skills whatsoever and just resort to bullying so they gave achieve there over inflated bonus .
I will be voting no .
