My unit (customer service) is being revised so I have to look for a transfer or take vr. I'm just wondering about roles in parcel force as I fancied a change from the office and the main position I believe is parcel sorter. Just wondering how extrenous this job would be? Is it somewhat enjoyable? Or unbearable? Would there be opportunity for regular overtime?
What other roles would there be in parcel force other than delivery driver or talking to people on the phone all day? Thanks
