I am shocked that more aren't off on work related stress. Drivers, some about to retire are being pushed EVERY DAY to do 10+ more. They know their route, they've been doing it forever, some in busy town centres with lots of road closures. Management do not care, they look at the computer and the computer says the driver can do 118 (as an example) nobody has ever done 118 on that particular route. We've been punished for working tirelessly through the pandemic.

That's not right. RMs target is 20 per hour @ 3mins per drop. How the PF drivers can be expected to do 24 per hour @ 2.5mins per drop is beyond me.
