Blah, Blah, Blah.

Same as before.

If they are serious about transformation, then bring it on.

Two years to open a Hub for large parcels, to paraphrase that tennis player "You cannot be serious"

DPD, Yodel, Hermes et al all seem to do the job in a lot less time.

Serious about transformation? Then sack your buyers and bring in people who know how to buy good equipment at a reasonable price.

Work place sessions - talk, talk, talk and then do nothing.

The list is endless and Neighbours starts in 5 minutes.

No detail, a worthless piece of video.

The company has no ambition or drive to be innovative.

They only see profit in cuts, cuts and more cuts. Not a way to run a business.

The company is a shambles and only held together by postman/women, the management are crap and are not fit for purpose.

100% agree with this. They haven't got a clue what the want to be and even as they would admit are 10 years behind in automation.
The only idea they have is to cut cut and cut.
There is no clear leader and no clear strategy. The is reflected in offices up and down the country an absolute shambles from top to bottom.
As least with the likes of Terry Pullinger etc you can somewhat relate. You might as well have a robot talking to you in these RM videos uninspiring, tired same old sh*t from the RM.

Honestly, all this talking sounds to me like a funeral, especially the tone of his voice resembles remembering a deceased person.

Agreed, 2 years and a claimed £1.8 bn for the parcel hubs just seem like astounding figures.

I'm probably grasping at straws but I can only hope they've massively over exaggerated both of those figures so they can award themselves huge self congratulations (and probably huge bonuses) when they come in under time and under budget.
