Quick question in regards to B&H

Hello... I was wondering if someone could help me and answer a quick question?

What part of our employee contracts does fundamental breach of contract come under for Bullying & harassment?

If you have suffered B&H at the hands of a RM manger
Then surely it comes under breach of contract?????

All advice would be appreciated! Thank you

Why are you going to sue them? Thing is just go sick even managers go sick because other poor managers make them go sick. If you have been sacked you could go to an industrial tribunal and cite constructive dismissal it will cost a bit but be far cheaper than suing RM or a manager if it helps you.
