court case

Post by stuartG81 »

Today I got a witness citation through the door explaining I have to go to Court to give evidence of something that happened while I was working with the royal mail, While I was covering a walk some wee chav walked up and swiped a recorded delivery from the drop box i was at. Now I have to go to court in April to get the wee bassa done, since being dismissed for "gross misconduct" I've been thinking about taking said citation to the DO and saying "this is yours" :left: :Very Happy

Exactly why it's great that you have an opportunity to get this individual prosecuted. There are too many people who think that they can flout the Law and escape due to technicalities, like the scum who escaped the rape charge because the victim was disabled!

Thanks for making a difference. You'd be surprised how many people haven't got the guts to go to Court like you.

Do the Barsteward and while you are at it ask about the reward from RM for getting him sent down...
