New pouches are they s**t or what?
Cant believe I'm having to line my pouch with a drop bag every morning so the mail does'nt fall through all the holes. Two on the spin have worn out in a matter of WEEKS,now we cant get anymore.I thought our equipment was all quality tested before we got it.Is this a national issue or did our office receive a dud batch?

Nope 3 weeks and the stitching at both ends of the bottom part of the bag have gone on mine - does not make us look professional or corporate does it.

Eight days mine…
It states Royal Mail on it and the ar*e is dropping out of it; no surprises there then!
Worst thing is that the strap adjuster and flap are both better than the old bags!
Still not waterproof though, which you'd think would be somewhere at the top of the design parameters list.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
