Sackwish?
A twonk in our office got caught two days on the spin, one day after being told there would be a clamp down on overweight bags due to an immenent health and safety visit, his bag was checked and weighed in at 18.5 kg.The next day a manager finds out he's left a registered in the office with the intention of 739ing it without knocking so he can go straight home.He got found out because the customer was in and caught him putting the 739 through her door, when asked how they can get their registered packet by the angry customer he told her SHE'D have to go and collect it

Thing is they'll never sack him coz he comes in every day an hour before he's supposed to,and does extra ips,but if that was me I'd be out the door

1) A clear breach of health and safety rulesdubdaz wrote:A twonk in our office got caught two days on the spin, one day after being told there would be a clamp down on overweight bags due to an immenent health and safety visit, his bag was checked and weighed in at 18.5 kg.The next day a manager finds out he's left a registered in the office with the intention of 739ing it without knocking so he can go straight home.He got found out because the customer was in and caught him putting the 739 through her door, when asked how they can get their registered packet by the angry customer he told her SHE'D have to go and collect it![]()

2) Wilful delay
Both the above with proof - make sure you record the details for future reference if this idiot is let off with a "thanks for all your extra effort and here's a big hug"
We wish to serve - but we will not be servile

material.
Oh Dear ! , not command & ignore , nepotism and favoritism and people having "respect " due to one thing or another which makes people regard themselves as fireproof and bulletheaded .That just feeds their arrogance and causes resentment . Apparently the official RM Answer to this issue is that these poor managers have far too many staff under them and it's difficult to be consistent . So the "answer" is Team Working and Team Leaders .
There will be the "Try not to be naughty again , we're giving you the gypsy's warning , it's embarrassing , you know where we are coming from".
I've seen contrived willful delay , fraud , sub-ordination and B&H . As a card carrying member I'd have had certain people out of the building as I've been Chargeman /Stupidvisor in similar industries , and I know it'll be good for morale for the rest of the staff , but the result would be a career disaster and so called "coincidences " in retribution .
Yes definitely management material !, one dimensional and arrogant enough for sure . I couldn't agree more with booking everything down as primary evidence for a rainy day , RM will just get some iffy people to swear blind that everything is cocha if you don't .
