at our office we are total of 4 hours 30 including travel cause we have a high full time part time ratio. if we went back to 3 hours 30 some boys would get made part time

We are sort of 3:30 per delivery. Some better, some worse. Pegasus was run 5 times in one postcode area and it said on each occasion more deliveries were required( Of course, management binned it. ).This is true, but a couple of deliveries in that section are under 3 hrs. The equality of delivery question will never be solved IMHO.
