If Xmas eve was worked as a Saturday working?
In our office Christmas Eve was worked as a Saturday working. If my normal day off is a Saturday do I need to work that day. Or do I have to work the hours back? What's the crack?

Not sure I understand the question but in our office Christmas eve, 27 and 28 Dec and probably 31 Dec 07 were/are all Saturday timings but we still followed the usual staffing rotas. So AFAIUI no you will not need to work back your hours and you would only take off your rostered day.

Ok what happened was the boss said I needed to work my hours back on the Mon 24th Dec. He said that that day was being worked as Saturday timings. My normal shift is Mon to Fri 1pm to 9.00pm. With Saturday as my day off. He said I could have the 24th off if I working the Saturday instead. I just wanted to know if I've been screwed again. Thanks.
