The Times is running a story suggesting that our Logistics section should be seperated from the rest of RM. They actually think that it would make things fairer for the Competition!

I think it would be better, to force EVERY Company wanting to handle mail to have the same obligations as us. There's nothing stopping some of them attempting to deliver the final mile.

What do you think?

Far more likely that the USO will remain the work of RM and on that basis other postal operators will either end up contributing towards that or more likely still, that the cost of stamps will have to go up markedly to meet the actual costs the USO incurs.
