...what are the odds of me switching from my current job role as a sorter, to a more admin orientated job role?

I'm going to ring up tomorrow, see how I fare :Boo hoo!

The tools couldn't even get me switched to the main (clean!) depot (from my current shoddy warehouse), let alone a job role change!
