That was His Toninesses "reforms " for the NHS , 1 They could part privatise 2 ATOS staff would toe the line as non union and not do blogs , going on Panorama /Dispatches etc making trouble for the NHS .
Unfortunately for Nurse Ratchet , the NHS was in debt due to it being split into 404 parts , PFI , a £14 million disastrous IT scheme , layers of middle management so ATOS were easy to get rid of .
Also there would be a lot of pressure from Unison/BMA & the RCN for Patronising Pat & her successor . Wasn't she the one that got slow handclapped in a RCN Conference ?
