We still have the missort van at 9am.
The holidays are still running when the leave was supposed to have stopped.
next years holidays havent even been sorted yet!
They are asking for people to go the kings norton hub over xmas.
i just dont want to be walking out in the dark at 5pm still delivering the mail :d'oh! :d'oh!

You don't have to, mate. ........ If Royal Fail say they won't be paying any xmas pressure at your office, work to your times. :cool

Here's one for you in our RDC they are now telling the 10-6 night shift they are required to attend at 00:00 on Boxing Day night and 00:00 New Years Day night
Also Transport are saying Yes there are duties Boxing Day and if there is not enough volunteer's then duties will be manned by Drivers with the nearest start time and hours. We all ready suspect (pretty sure) they have right up until Midnight Xmas Eve.
:evil/mad Well you can imagine the reaction from the workforce but as a lot of the s***s voted YES some of us are now saying your own fault it should have been NO
Network Driver;nights.

Smudger I am pretty sure they can make you work Boxing day from Midnight Xmas day if needed. We are in those discussions now and we have said that as agency were so eager to work during the dispute they can work through xmas, but we have the problem where so many people have put down to work overtime boxing day anyway.

Don't forget though colleagues they are trying the old claw back arguement again even though the 2004 agreement did away with it. Surprising as it is HQ are very slow in getting any info out to us on thi matter though.
Winning is for losers!!
